DRS Pharmconsolut offers completely organized customer workshops in which you can discuss with your customers, personally, direct, in relaxed circumstances. The customers get a fee of e.g. € 50.- for the participation.
Especially the chance to talk to the customers personally while coffee break and dinner, often ads a lot of information. Existing contacts to customers are strengthened and new contacts are built. This is real customer loyalty.
